Jennifer started her career in ECE as a college student at Mills College in Oakland, hired as a work-study student at the campus lab school, and was surprised to find how much she enjoyed being an Assistant Teacher. In 1999, she started at Kidango as a Center Director/Lead Teacher for one of the Toddler programs, and18 years later, Jennifer is still at Kidango, as the Deputy Director of Early Learning, supervising several Regional Directors, the Professional Development department and the Head Start program.
