California Education Code and Code of Regulations CDs

All licensed programs in the state of California must comply with all relevant California Education Codes and California Code of Regulations.  CCDAA currently has available all Childcare Education Codes and Title V regulations on one convenient CD, and the Title XXII regulations on a separate CD available for purchase.

All CDs have easy-to-read reference sections and tables of contents and are searchable.

The CDs are available for purchase for $40.00 each for CCDAA Members and $75.00 for Non-Members and will be mailed to your agency.  CCDAA is also offering 2 years of updates for $35.00 for Members and $60.00 for Non-Members.  Updated CDs will be sent out in February of each year.  If your agency has already purchased the 2009 version of the Title V and Ed Code CD you may purchase the 2010 update for $20.00.
