Advocacy Committee
Become involved in lobbying the Capital on childcare issues, and advocate for the needs of children and families in your local community through city councils and school districts! Receive and discuss up-to-date information on childcare policies and developments in California. Join us to help create a better future for California's children and families!
Conference Committee

Standard Reimbursement Rate Taskforce
CCDAA's forum for innovative and forward-thinking members committed to creating solutions for increasing the standard reimbursement rate received by childcare centers. Join this think-tank of some of the brightest minds in the field, and be a part of the solution!
CCDAA Section Boards
CCDAA's Section Boards are the organization's lifeline to its membership. In such a large state, it can be a challenge to keep-up with all of our members. CCDAA's Section Board provide us with a regional connection to our members. With sections in both Northern and Southern California, board members plan monthly meetings and play a vital role in planning statewide events. Join CCDAA's Northern and Southern Sections and help us stay connected to our members!
Voices for Children
Over the years, CCDAA has made some important strides for child development programs in California. From changes in the Funding Terms and Conditions regulations to a consolidation of California's State Preschool Program, CCDAA has been on the forefront of these changes.
In order to keep our membership dues among some of the lowest in California, and still represent the field to the best of our ability, CCDAA looks for alternative ways to fund our advocacy efforts. CCDAA fundraisers held at meetings and conferences support our Voices for Children fund. From drawings to silent auctions we find fun ways to fund our advocacy work for California's children!
We are so very proud of the progress that we have been a part of for California's children! For the past 67 years, our members have been dedicated to this cause.
