The hotel is located in downtown Pasadena, near shopping, restaurants, museums and more. The Hilton offers a free shuttle within a 5 mile radius of the hotel.

Airport
The closest airport to Pasadena is Bob Hope Airport in Burbank, which is located 20 minutes from the hotel.

Transportation

From Burbank airport the cost one-way is $19/person and from LAX the cost one-way is $22/person.

Price ranges from $50-$75 per trip depending on airport pick-up, can fit up to 4 passengers.

Parking – The hotel offers discounted parking of $10 Valet and $8 Self-Park per day. Parking at the hotel is limited, but there are additional parking lots located near the hotel: Modern Parking, 150 S Los Robles Avenue and Paseo Co Parking at 381 E Green Street.

Exhibits Open: 8:00am – 5:30 pm
Break Down: 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm

Exhibit Space
Exhibit Space will include a 6’ skirted table and two chairs. The exhibit space is a table-top display. Tables will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.

Important Dates:  Exhibit contact is due January 1, 2008, late pricing is in effect after this date. Space is booked on a first-come, first-served basis until sold out.
