A Two-Day Training Institute

CCDAA presents in partnership with Monarch Link an interactive two-day live professional development seminar designed to build participant's skills in all areas relating to the family data file. Participants will learn key concepts and take away strategies to efficiently select and enroll children in Pilot Counties, Part-Day, Full-Day, Center-Based and Alternative Payment Programs. Integrated with updated 12-Month Eligibility directives, this 2-day seminar is a must attend for all staff, new and experienced alike.

Topics Covered will include:

  • Navigating through the Selection Criteria
  • Organizing the Components of the Family Data File
  • Determining Family Size
  • Understanding and Determining Twelve Month Eligibility
  • Assessing Need for Services
  • Calculating Family Fees
  • Completing the Application for Services
  • Issuing Notice of Actions

   

Pilot County information is highlighted throughout the presentation, with reference to the correct regulation! CSPP Part-Day details are also noted so you always know what applies to your specific program!
